Jason M. Klein practices commercial litigation and real property for Voss Law Firm.
Prior to joining the Voss Law Firm, Jason worked in private practice individually managing a diverse array of complex commercial litigation, real property, international litigation, intellectual property, and bankruptcy in numerous state and federal courts. Jason is often an essential component to the success of a case.While in law school, Jason served as the Editor-in-Chief of the International Law Journal. Additionally, Jason was in charge of several brief drafting teams for various international commercial litigation tournaments. Jason has won several best brief awards for his motion drafting skills. Specifically, Jason has been featured in the American Bar Association’s journal. Jason was a student teacher for a property class at his law school. While attending South Texas College of Law, Jason competed in numerous mock trial competitions, including teaching mock trial to younger students. Jason attended the University of Kansas prior to moving to Texas for law school.
