About Cynthia Carroll Law
For 16 years, we have been providing highly attentive personal service and vigorous, effective legal representation to our clients, helping people file Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, and in the process stop creditor harassment, provide debt relief, and stop the foreclosure of their homes. We also assist our clients with purchasing or refinancing residential real estate. Ms. Carroll obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Economics from San Francisco State University in San Francisco, California, with a minor in Business Administration. She studied at Widener University School of Law, in Wilmington, Delaware, obtaining her Juris Doctor’s Degree. Ms. Carroll next served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the late Honorable Haile L. Alford, in the Delaware Superior Court, as well as for the Honorable Peter J. Walsh in the Federal U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Delaware. Ms. Carroll next served as a Prosecutor, and then Bankruptcy Attorney for the City of Wilmington Law Department. Afterwards, Ms. Carroll entered private practice, working as a Bankruptcy, Real Estate and Immigration attorney for the Law Firm of Ann Massey Badmus, Esquire, prior to opening this firm.
