About Hawaii Interpreting Service
Hawaii Interpreting Services was founded in 2007. Judy Coryell, a founding member, laid the groundwork for the services we provide today. Jenny Blake, one of the first schedulers. Helped HIS grow with her experience and strong ties to the Hawaii Deaf community. Since 2008, Renee Shimizu has been our scheduler. Her dedication to customer service and hard work make her an indispensable part of the HIS team. Thank you to our past board members, advisers, and community members.
